Sometimes iCloud needs a little “nudge” to get Music Tracker back in sync. Here’s a clear step-by-step guide you can follow.
Step 1. Check the basics
- Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID on all devices.
- Verify that iCloud Drive is enabled (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive).
- Ensure Music Tracker has iCloud access turned on.
Step 2. Refresh iCloud on the device that isn’t syncing
- Go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Music Tracker and toggle it off.
- Open Music Tracker once. Your library will appear empty.
- Go back to Settings and toggle iCloud for Music Tracker back on.
- Reopen the app and wait for iCloud to download your library.
Step 3. If that doesn’t solve it
- Repeat the same steps on your main device (the one that has the most up-to-date library).
- After re-enabling iCloud, open Settings → Backup & Restore in Music Tracker and restore your latest backup. This will push the full library back into iCloud.
Tips to speed up syncing
- Keep devices connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into power.
- Open Music Tracker and leave it in the foreground for a few minutes.
- Disable Low Power Mode if possible, since it can pause background iCloud activity.
If problems continue
- Create a manual backup and keep it safe (e.g. in the Files app).
- Contact support and share the backup file if needed. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue.
